As a partner of the firm and the manager of the business valuation services, I hold a combination of the CPA and the ABV credentials that together provide a unique combination of knowledge and skills to analyze financial statements and business operations to assess a company's value.

Most people are familiar with the CPA credential and the commitment to quality, those in our profession, provide. The ABV credential, Accredited in Business Valuation, provides additional training and skills specifically for appraising businesses that provide additional expertise in the methodology, approaches, and concepts used in business valuation.
Together, these credentials represent that I am experienced, tested and certified to perform valuation services.
I began valuing businesses in 2008, and since then have provided numerous valuation services to area businesses for the purpose of estate planning, succession planning, divorce, assistance with buying and selling a business, management planning, and bank financing requirements. These include entire companies and various levels of ownership representing varying degrees of control.
